摘    要:为提高叠层片式铁氧体磁珠的设计效率,探讨了用计算机仿真进行磁珠设计的方法。利用AnsoftHFSS等有限元仿真软件,对磁珠的设计模型进行了计算机仿真和优化,从中提取出所关心的参数指标,简化了磁珠的设计过程。依照计算机仿真模型,采用低烧铁氧体试制了磁珠并进行了必要的测试,经过对比,感量误差不大于4%,阻抗误差不大于12%。由此认为,计算机仿真结果可以很好地预言磁珠的设计性能,结果可以接受。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of multilayer chip ferrite beads (MLCB) design, here the method of MLCB design with computer simulation was discussed. The MLCB design was simulated and optimized with finite element method software, for instance Ansoft HFSS, and concerned properties were picked up. The process of MLCB design was predigested. According to the design, MLCB were produced using low-temperature sintered ferrite and necessary properties were measured. Via comprehension, the error was no more than 4 % of inductance and 12 % of impedance. Thus, the design properties of MLCB are predicted well by simulation, the result is acceptable.
