广安002-H1井长水平段筛尾管下入技术

摘    要:四川盆地广安构造广安002-H1井完钻井深4055m,水平位移2499.13m,其中水平段长2010m,最小井斜为87°、最大井斜为91.96°,创川渝气区水平段最长的纪录。该井是典型的短直井段、长水平段水平井,下钻至井深3300~3500m就不能正常下入,必须通过旋转、划眼才能下钻至井底。为了确保139.7mm筛尾管能顺利下入,进行了下入条件计算和下入难度分析,采用滚轮扶正器模拟刚度通井、增加下入推力等技术措施,顺利地把139.7mm筛尾管下至井底。该技术为短直井段、长水平段水平井筛尾管下入设计和施工积累了经验。

Abstract:The well 002 H1 in the Guang'an Structure of the Sichuan Basin is 4055 m in depth, with a horizontal displacement of 2499.13 m, a horizontal segment length of 2010 m which is the longest one among Sichuan and Chongqing oil and gas fields, and a hole deviation angle of 87° at the minimum and 91.96° at the maximum. This well is a typically short, straight and horizontal well, with a long horizontal segment. When the drilling came to 3300 - 3500 m in depth, the further work can not proceed normally, so rotating and redressing were required for drilling to the well bottom. In order to make sure that screen liner with a diameter of 139.7 mm can run down into the well smoothly, we made a calculation about the conditions and an analysis of the difficulty of the running in work, and then took some technical measures accordingly: the casing running work with roller centralizers was first simulated, and the screen liner running in was practically done by adding the pushdown power. The successful application of this technology provides reference for the construction and design of screen liner running in for the horizontal wells with short and straight or long horizontal segments.
