The Characteristics of Traditional Folk Houses in Sichuan Basin |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the development of traditional folk houses in the Sichuan Basin, as well as their features in aspects of spatial forms and building techniques. Through these analyses, the paper suggests that the causes for these characteristics lie in the unique geographical environment, climatic condition and historical-cultural background of Sichuan Basin. |
