| 摘 要： | 砖混结构房屋的裂缝是建筑工程中普遍存在的问题。产生裂缝的原因有多种，主要有地基不均匀沉降、温度变化荷载作用及其它原因。通过对产生这些墙体裂缝的原因分析，提出了相应的预防措施和治理方法，以达到减轻和防治裂缝发生的目的。

| Abstract: | The cracks in the building with brick masonry structure are common problem exited in building engineering. The reasons causing cracks mainly contain differential settlement of foundation, uneven temperature variation and others. Through analysis on those reasons the corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed to reduce cracks. |
