摘    要:考虑一平底锅使用过程中的极端情况,利用Pro/Mechanica对其进行有限元热模拟及热应力模拟;根据模拟结果,得出在该情况下使用者的安全性及锅的失效情况,进而给出锅的使用要求及建议.Pro/Mechanica与Pro/E无缝集成.符合CAD/CAE/CAM一体化的现代设计理念:Mechanica的有限元分析功能强大,操作方便,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:FEA thermal simulation and thermal stress simulation are made on a saucepan under extreme using condition, using Pro/Mechanica. According to the simulation results, security of the user and failure situation of the saucepan under the very condition are gained. Additionally, using attentions and advice of the saucepan are provided. Seamless Integration of Pro/Mechanica and Pro/ENGINEER. fits the contemporary design concept. For its strong FEA function and convenient operation, Mechanica can be implemented in some practical applications.
