摘    要:提出了利用膨润土对表面活性剂的吸附来实现有机膨润土合成-吸附一体化吸附处理染料的方法。以阴离子染料OrangeⅡ为例,对一体化工艺主要工艺参数如表面活性剂的量和种类、pH、无机盐对染料去除率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:阳离子表面活性剂有利于OrangeⅡ的吸附;较高浓度的阴离子、非离子表面活性剂对OrangeⅡ吸附过程有轻微影响,并随其质量浓度的增大被膨润土所吸附去除;一体化工艺受pH和无机盐质量浓度影响较小。

Abstract:A novel method of integrative process for bentonite modification and dye adsorption was investigated.The anion dye Orange Ⅱ was taken as an example for the study of its removal.The effects of the category and dose of surfactant and the pH and the inorganic salt on the removal were studied.The results showed that cation surfactant is useful for adsorption of Orange Ⅱ;there was a slight effect on the removal with high concentrations of anion and non-ionic surfactants,which can be adsorbed by bentonite with the increasing of its concentration.The effect of pH and the inorganic salt could be neglected.
