TiO2/AC光催化剂的制备及苯酚光催化降解性能研究

摘    要:以典型煤基活性炭为载体、椰壳活性炭为对比,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了活性炭负载的TiO2光催化剂(TiO2/AC),应用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和低温N2吸附等对复合光催化剂的晶相组成、表面形貌、孔结构等进行了表征,选取苯酚为模型化合物考察了复合光催化剂的光催化降解能力,并研究了活性炭种类及颗粒形貌对复合光催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,m(TiO2):m(AC)相同的条件下,TiO2在煤基活性炭上的负载率小于椰壳活性炭;其中,比表面积适中,大、中孔比例高的褐煤基活性炭更适合于作为光催化剂TiO2的载体;煤基复合光催化剂对于苯酚光催化降解效果优于椰壳基复合催化剂,对苯酚的降解效率优于等量的P25,达80%以上。

Abstract:A series TiO2/AC photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method with typical coal-based activated carbons and cocoanut-based activated carbon as the catalyst supports.Then these photocatalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-vis and low temperature nitrogen sorption/desorption in the aspects of crystal structure,surface morphology and pore size distribution.Meanwhile,phenol was used as model compound to evaluate the photodegradation performance of catalysts.Besides,the effect of nature activated carbons an...
