摘    要:顾客等待对餐饮企业服务质量和顾客满意度具有很重要的影响。本文阐述了餐饮企业等待产生的必然性及负面影响,通过对泉州地区部分餐饮企业等待现象的调查分析,提出了餐饮企业等待管理的策略。

Abstract:A catering business's service quality and its customers' satisfaction will be greatly affected by the time that a customer has to wait to be served.This paper expounds the inevitability of customer waiting in catering businesses and its negative influence.The paper also puts forward strategies to deal with the problem based on a survey of some restaurants in Quanzhou.
