尿酸在普鲁士蓝修饰电极上的电化学动力学性质研究

摘    要:研究了普鲁士蓝修饰玻碳电极(PB/GCE)的优化条件,尿酸(UA)在该修饰电极上的电化学动力学性质.用电化学方法测得了UA在PB/GCE上的电荷转移系数α,反应级数和催化反应速率常数k.结果表明,PB/GCE对UA的氧化具有良好的催化作用,电荷转移系数α=0.65,反应级数为1级,反应速率常数k=1.98×103(mol·L-1)/s.该方法抗干扰能力强,操作简便。

Abstract:The conditions of preparing for prussian blue(PB) modified glassy carbon electrode(PB/GCE) and the electrochemical kinetics of Uric acid(UA) at PB/GCE were studied.The charge transfer coefficient α,the reaction order and reaction rate constant k were measured with electrochemical method for the UA in the PB/GCE.It was shown that PB/GCE exhibits a significant catalytic effect toward the oxidation of Uric acid(UA),charge transfer coefficient α was 0.65,reaction order was 1,catalytic reaction rate constant k was 1.98×103(mol·L-1)/s.This method has ability of anti-interference and easy operation.
