| 摘 要： | 针对湿磨干烧生产线烧成系统具有工艺设备复杂、控制要求高、检测点和现场信号采集多等特点，采用了分布式计算机控制系统（DCS）进行控制，其控制中心设在中央控制室，现场控制站设在马达控制中心（MCC）。介绍了DCS系统的控制范围、配置情况和主要设备技术参数及其使用情况。并就调试及生产中发现的问题采取了相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | With the features of complex process equipment, high requirement for control, plenty of detection and data acquisition point in burning system, distribution control system (DCS) is used in central control room. Workstations are located at motor control centers (MCC). Control ranges for DCS, hardware configuration, and parameters for main equipment as well as their application are introduced, countermeasures for solving problems during commissioning and production are also stated. |
