无机填料填充SBS性能的研究

摘    要:以白色无机填料轻质碳酸钙、陶土、滑石粉、活性纳米碳酸钙、白炭黑等对热塑性弹性体SBS填充改性进行了研究。结果表明:白炭黑填充改性效果最好,填充量以15份左右为宜;而以价廉的轻质碳酸钙、陶土、滑石粉、活性纳米碳酸钙填充时,填充量可达25份,材料仍能保持一定性能,为SBS材料填充白色填料奠定了基础。

Abstract:The technology and properties of SBS thermoplastic elastomer filled with inorganic fillers, including precipitate calcium carbonate, clay, talc powder, activated nanometer calcium carbonate, and silica pigment were developed. The results indicated that silica pigment was the best efficient for the SBS, and the filler content was about 15 phr. In the other hand, the filled capacity of the low priced precipitate calcium carbonate, clay, talc powder, and activated manometer calcium carbonate could reach 25 phr, and the process technology and properties of the blend was still better than that of pure SBS.
