汽车摩擦材料物理特性测试体系与试验方法

摘    要:汽车摩擦材料物理特性体系中的可压缩性、剪切强度及受热膨胀率等特性,对刹车片的性能有重要的意义,研究参照了国际标准规程进行测量的方法和对数据的计算分析,并详细介绍了对应于这三种摩擦材料物理特性所开发的JF221A、JF211、JF201三种测试设备的工作原理及应用。

Abstract:The compressibility,shear strength and heated expanding rate in the physical characteristics of automotive friction material are important to the performance of friction material.The measuring methods and date calculating & analyzing of these characteristics are taken according to the international standards.This article introduces the detailed working theory and application of the equipments: JF221A,JF211,and JF201 that are developed according to these physical characteristics of friction material by our Institute.
