| Abstract: | Based on the practice of whole-decoration project management,the experience of theformat of the management organization,the de-sign of the decoration engineering,the procurement of materials and equipments,the template flat let and the construction are deeply dis-cussed.And finally advances the suggestion of the development model of"integration of design and construction,and integration of manage-ment"for whole-decoration engineering of dwelling house,in order to do well the management work of residential whole decoration project. |
