超临界CO2萃取胡萝卜中类胡萝卜素的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取胡萝卜中的类胡萝卜素。研究了萃取压力、温度、时间和携带剂对提取率的影响。确定工艺条件为:压力30MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间3 h,携带剂为石油醚。用高效液相色谱对类胡萝卜素进行分析,结果表明:经萃取的类胡萝卜素样品与标准β-胡萝卜素样品的谱图特征峰基本一致。

Abstract:Technology of supercritical CO2 extraction of carotenoid was adopted.The effects of pressure,temperature,time and entrainer were determined.The optimun conditions were pressure 300 Mpa,temperature 45 celsius degree,extraction time 3h and the entrainer was petroleum ether.On the anlysis of carotenoid by High Pressure Lipid Chomatography,the results show that the extracted carotenoids' chomatogram characteristic wavecrest were basically consistent with the standard samples.
