机载锚杆钻机实现掘锚一体化的几点思考

摘    要:悬臂式掘进机加装机载锚杆钻机是适应我国国情,实现国内掘锚一体化煤巷快速掘进的发展方向。总结了国内对悬臂式掘进机加装机载锚杆钻机研究现状,指出该机组具有的主要特点,分析了目前机载锚杆钻机不能有效提高煤巷掘进速度主要存在的问题,并提出通过机械化铺网和调整锚杆安装工艺等措施来解决相关问题。

Abstract:The cantilever type roadheader with airborne roofbolter is adaptive to China specific conditions,and it is the development direction of realizing driving and bolting integration of the coal roadway quick tunneling.The research status of cantilever type roadheader with airborne roofbolter is summarized,and the main characteristics of this machine are pointed out.The primary existed problems why airborne roofbolter can not promote the coal roadway tunneling velocity effectively are analyzed.Meanwhile,it is proposed innovatively that solve relative problems with mechanical mesh placement and adjusting bolt installation process.
