摘    要:有限元动力显式算法中,初始坯料网格应具有良好的单元形态和尽可能大的最小单元尺寸,否则会严重影响求解计算的精度和速度,而传统二维平面有限元网格剖分算法无法满足动力显式算法对初始坯料网格的特殊要求.本文针对传统剖分算法的不足,提出了基于边界裁剪思想的初始坯料网格生成算法,可以有效保证网格良好的单元形态和最小单元边长要求,不合格单元较传统剖分算法减少40%以上.该算法具有实施简单、计算效率高等特点,并已成功应用于Fastamp软件的冲压成形全工序模拟模块中,取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract:The good element shape and large minimum edge size of initial blank mesh is needed in the simulation process using dynamic explicit finite element method to meet the requirement of calculation precision and solving speed. The traditional two dimensional finite element mesh generation method can not completely meet the requirement of initial blank mesh. A new initial blank mesh generation method based on boundary trimming was proposed, which could as-sure the special requirement of regular quad-element shape and proper minimum element size and the number of defec-tive element was reduced over 40%. Compared with traditional method, the new method is easy to be achieved with high efficiency and has been applied to the whole process forming simulation module of Fastamp software and got the good application effect.
