法兰平盖上开孔的应力及可靠性分析

摘    要:目前许多法兰板平盖上开孔的强度计算还没有具体的国家标准,但是法兰的最大工作压力是安全正常工作的重要技术参数,应用有限元软件ANSYS对法兰平盖上开孔进行应力分析,得到法兰平盖内应力分布状况,并对法兰各部分结构进行确定性强度校核,利用Monte Carlo数值计算方法对其进行模拟实际操作工况抽样,得出了法兰平盖工作时的安全可靠度,以及所能承受压力的数学期望。通过有限元及可靠性分析,充分掌握法兰平盖各部分结构的强度储备情况。

Abstract:Now national standards of calculate strength is not come on about opening on flange, but the maximum working pressure is an important technical parameter for safe working of flange. The stresses and its distribution status of the opening flange is analysized by using finite element soft ANSYS, its structure strength is inspected. Using Monte Carlo numerical calculating method to simulating practical operational working condition, the flange working reliability and mathematical expectation of subjected pressure is obtained. Strength reservation of the structure is fully grasped through finite element and reliability analysis.
