摘    要:转轮严重磨蚀是在多泥沙河流运行的水轮机普遍存在的问题。通过对含泥沙水流在水轮机转轮内流动特性的研究,成功设计出抗磨蚀的混流式水轮机转轮。该转轮已在九子溪水电站运行了4年半时间,未进行过磨蚀修复,机组还增容15.3%。实践证明,磨蚀研究成果及转轮设计思想是正确的。

Abstract:It is general problem that the abrasion and cavitation occur in hydraulic turbine working in sandy rivers. In this paper, the flow characteristics of sandy water flow in the Francis runner have been analyzed. The new anti-abrasion Francis runner had been designed successfully. The new runner has operated in Jiuzixi Hydropower Station for four years without repairing. The capacity has raised 15.3% after using the new runner. The experiences showed that the analysis results and the runner design ideas are correct.
