摘    要:针对液压集成块设计费时、费力、质量不易保证的难点,将遗传算法与液压集成块设计知识相结合,对集成块进行了自动优化设计。根据元件编码的特点及其物理意义,分别设计了相应的交叉算子和变异算子。并通过一系列实验的测试,得出适于液压集成块自动优化设计的若干参数组合。

Abstract:Hydraulic manifold block design is a time-consuming,arduous job and the result is hard to guarantee.A method integrating genetic algorithm and the knowledge of hydraulic manifold block was put forward to design and optimize hydraulic manifold block automatically.Crossover operator and mutation operator were designed respectively according to the characteristics and actual meaning of components codes.Some groups of parameters fit hydraulic manifold block automatic design were gained by a series of experimental test.
