基于蒙特卡洛模拟的有色多金属矿山边界品位动态优化管理

摘    要:为了充分利用矿产资源,提高多金属共伴生矿企业的经济和社会效益,提出了运用蒙特卡洛模拟数学方法,结合计算机技术进行边界品位测算的新方法,并简述了实现过程。通过系统地研究矿山生产投入参数,建立相关数学模型,最后利用SQL Server 2008数据库软件和.NET 4.0软件开发平台,研发了一套多金属矿边界品位动态优化管理系统。通过在某多金属矿的应用,该系统实现了矿山技术经济指标和生产成本的动态管理,并得出了最优边界品位。

Abstract:In order to make full use of mineral resources and improve the economic and social benefits of the polymetallic intergrowth mining enterprises,a new method to measure the cutoff grade,by adopting the mathematical method of Monte Carlo simulation with combination of computer technologies,has been proposed, and the implementation process has been described briefly.Based on the systematical research of the input parameters during mining production,the relevant mathematical model is established,and finally a set of dynamic optimization management system of polymetallic cutoff grade is developed by using SQL Server 2008 database software and .NET 4.0 software development platform.According to the application of this system at some polymetaclic mine,a dynamic management of the technical-economic indicators and the production costs in the mine is realized,and furthermore,the optimal cutoff grade of the mine is obtained.
