煤层冲刷带定向钻进勘探技术研究与实践

摘    要:为探明补连塔煤矿12520工作面两组冲刷带的地质情况,根据12煤层条件,提出先探冲刷带连续性、再探冲刷带展布规律的"分步勘探"定向钻进方案,采用"分支孔式"与"波浪线式"组合工艺,施工了定向钻孔TC1#主孔及20个分支孔,进行了冲刷带连续性和展布规律勘探,并从勘探精度和地质解释两方面分析了勘探效果。结果表明,12520工作面两组冲刷带连续为同一冲刷带,且煤层最薄处仅0.4m,严重影响采煤作业,应根据3m煤厚圈闭区域调整采煤方案。

Research and Practice of Directional Drilling Exploration Technology in Coal Erosion Zone
Abstract:In order to prospect geological conditions of two groups coal seam erosion zone of 12520 working face, according to the 12 coal seams conditions, proposed "step-exploration" programs with firstly prospect continuity and secondly prospect distribution regularity of erosion zone, used "branch-hole" and "wavy-line" combination of process, constructed directional drilling hole TC1# and 20 branches, prospected continuity and distribution regularity, and finally, analyzed exploration results from exploration accuracy and geological interpretation. Results show that the two groups erosion zone of 12520 working face is the same continuous erosion zone, and the thinnest coal seam is only 0.4m, seriously affecting coal mining operations, mining program should be adjusted according to 3m thick coal mining area traps.
