脱泥浮选与精煤精选工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对上海庙中心型选煤厂3层煤泥高灰细泥含量高,浮选精煤灰分不达标的问题,探索脱泥浮选工艺与精煤精选工艺对高灰细泥含量大煤泥的适用性,将煤泥中-0.045mm粒级按不同占比与+0.045mm混合模拟脱泥浮选工艺,与精煤精选工艺进行试验对比,结果表明,脱泥浮选工艺与精煤精选工艺均可降低浮选精煤灰分,但脱泥浮选工艺的实质是增加了较粗粒级煤泥的入浮占比,对较细粒级煤泥的浮选效果没有明显改善;而精煤精选工艺在保证了精煤灰分合格的情况下,提高了较细粒级煤泥的浮选效果,得到了较高的精煤回收率。

Experimental Study on the Deslime-flotation Process and the Roughing-cleaning Process
Abstract:According to the actual condition that the concentrate ash from the flotation can’t reach the target in Shanghaimiao Central Coal Preparation Plant, size analysis date of the sample showed it was typical high ash ultra-fine slime. To simulate the deslime-flotation process, the -0.045mm was mixed partly with the +0.045mm. Compared with the roughing-cleaning process, the deslime-flotation process can also reduce the concentrate ash. However, the deslime-flotation process increased substantially the feed-proportion of the +0.045mm, and it can hardly promote the flotation of the -0.045mm. The roughing-cleaning process ensured the quality of cleaned coal, and it also promote the flotation of the -0.045mm, the recovery of cleaned coal was enhanced as well.
