巷采采空区综合机械化复采技术实践

摘    要:为了提高煤炭资源回收率,缓解采掘接替,实现综采工作面的安全高效复采,文章介绍了综采工作面过老巷安全掘进技术以及综采工作面过老巷安全回采工艺,指导综采工作面复采工作顺利完成。荡荡岭煤矿巷采采空区综合机械化复采工程实践表明:对巷采采空区不进行复采,工作面采出率仅有55.50%;若进行复采,则工作面采出率可高达96.67%。通过不断地完善和发展巷采采空区复采技术,为巷采采空区安全高效复采提供科学可靠的技术途径。

The Secondary Mining Technology Practice of Old-Entry Goaf in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
Abstract:In order to enhanced coal resources recovery, alleviate mining and excavation, to achieve safe and high-efficient secondary mining of fully mechanized mining face,at the same time,and to provide for production practice of mining under similar conditions of mining face.The paper in detail introduced the technology of the old roadway driving security technology measures of fully mechanized mining face and safety mining technology of fully mechanized mining face crossing old roadway ,guidance of fully mechanized mining face secondary mining of the successful completion of the work.The engineering practice of secondary mining technology of old-entry goaf in fully mechanized mining face shows that: to the old-entry goaf without second mining,the recovery rate of working face have only 55.50%;If the second mining,the working face recovery rate can be as high as 96.67%.The continued improved and developed the secondary mining technology of old entry goaf could provide the scientific reliable technical access to the safety and high efficient mining in the old entry goaf.
