高瓦斯综放工作面顶板深孔预裂爆破技术应用

摘    要:余吾煤业S2206高瓦斯综放工作面基本顶岩层厚度大、致密坚硬,初采时易形成大面积悬顶,突然大面积垮落时,易造成工作面矿压显现剧烈、瓦斯骤然升高等问题,基于此,提出对S2206工作面进行初采前顶板弱化,并通过开切眼深孔预裂爆破,预先破坏开切眼顶板的完整性,缩小了顶板初次垮落步距,杜绝了这种顶板大面积来压隐患,同时提前回收了顶煤,实现了S2206工作面安全、高效生产。

the Practical Research of Deep Hole Pre-splitting Blasting in High Gassy Full-mechanized Caving Mining Face
Abstract:The basic roof of Yuwu mine S2206 high gas full-mechanized caving coal face is dense hard and large thickness, and it is not easy to collapse in intial stage of mining.If large area roof caving suddenly,could lead to the working face mine pressure appear acutely, gas rise suddenly.In order to solve this problem,the concrete measures of weakening the working face roof are introduced. Practice shows that by the method pre-mining deep hole pre-splitting blasting ,weakening roof in advance,we have solved the hazard of large area roof pressure, recovered the top-coal in advance, realized the working face safe and efficient mining.
