摘 要: | 利用顶煤跟踪标签(简称mark)可以有效测定现场综放面的顶煤回收率,但顶煤中mark的安设密度对测定精确度有显著影响。运用PFC软件模拟不同的mark安设密度并测定相应的顶煤回收率,获得了mark安设密度与顶煤回收率测定精度的关系曲线。通过变量代换将非线性问题进行可线性化回归,分析并研究了达到一定精度要求下mark合理安设密度的确定方法;对现场实测时mark的布置方式进行了优化。

Numeral simulation on reasonable installing density and layout method of the top-coal tracking mark |

Abstract: | Top coal recovery rate can be measured by top-coal tracking system effectively, however, mark density in top coal has a significant impact on measurement accuracy. Using Particle Flow Code(PFC)to simulate different mark density, measure corresponding top-coal recovery rate, and gain the relationship between mark density and the measurement accuracy. By transforming nonlinear problem to linearized regression, the author analyzed to determine a reasonable mark-density method under certain accuracy requirements and optimized. mark layout of on site measurement. |
