| 摘 要： | 针对大倾角大采高倾斜长壁工作面综采设备安装速度慢、周期长等问题,刘庄煤矿通过在工作面轨道巷上部施工组装硐室,创造条件只采用一部无极绳绞车打运。提高了打运效率,实现了大倾角大采高倾斜长壁工作面的安全、经济、快速安装,只用42d时间就安装完毕350m超长大采高综采工作面。 |

Fast installation technology in inclined full-mechanized longwall mining with large mining height and large inclined angle |

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of fully mechanized mining equipment installation of inclined longwall face with large mining height and large inclined angle, the Liuzhuang Coal Mine disposes assembly chamber at the top of tail entry, which can create condition for use only a no terminal rope winch to satisfy auxiliary transportation. It improves transportation efficiency and realizes safe, economic and fast installation in inclined longwall face with large mining height and large inclined angle, this method only spend 42d for installation a 350m super-long and large mining height working face. It has great significance for fast installation with similarity condition. |
