反舰导弹作战试验组织方法的构想

为提高反舰导弹作战试验组织实施能力，提出一种反舰导弹作战试验组织方法的构想。分析现有条件下组织反舰导弹作战试验的不足，按照作战试验组织流程，梳理开展反舰导弹作战试验各阶段应开展的重点工作，提出加强反舰导弹作战试验理论研究、建设专业蓝军、建强专业化的作战试验人才队伍、探索形成一体化联合作战试验模式的建议。结果表明：该研究可为反舰导弹作战试验组织方法研究提供参考。

Conception of Organization Method for Anti-ship Missile Combat Test

In order to improve the organization and implementation ability of anti-ship missile combat test, a concept ofanti-ship missile combat test organization method is proposed. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of organizing anti-shipmissile combat test under the existing conditions, and according to the combat test organization process, sorts out the keywork that should be carried out in each stage of anti-ship missile combat test, and puts forward some suggestions onstrengthening the theoretical research of anti-ship missile combat test, building a professional blue army, building a strongprofessional combat test personnel team, and exploring the formation of an integrated joint combat test mode. The resultsshow that the research can provide reference for the research of anti-ship missile combat test organization method.
