协同装配建模关键技术的研究

摘    要:装配接口表达方案和协同装配模型修改实时传播机制是协同装配建模研究的重点.本文研究了协同装配建模过程中产品各组件之间的关联关系,提出了新的装配接口表达方案,该方案信息全面,有利于实现协同装配建模;XML语言具有局部更新能力,可采用基于语义传输的方法,能解决三维实体模型传输数据量大、系统不能及时响应的问题,利用XML对装配接口表达进行定义,通过对XML解析实现了装配模型修改的实时传播控制;最后,在协同装配建模环境下给出了修改信息的实时传播系统体系框架.

Abstract:Key issues of collaborative assembly modeling are the assembly interface representation scheme and the real-time design modification propagation mechanism. This paper researches on component liaison of product and presents the novel assembly interface representation scheme during collaborative assembly modeling process. This novel scheme has comprehensive information and implements collaborative assembly modeling with facility. XML language has the ability of partial updating and can utilize semantic-based transmission method, which can resolve the problem that the system can't response in time because of the big data amounts of 3D solid models. The novel assembly interface representation scheme is defined by XML files and an XML parsing mechanism is presented to realize the real-time design modification propagation control. Finally, the system framework suitable for realizing the real-time design modification in a co-assembly modeling environment has been proposed and demonstrated.
