摘    要:通过分析混铁炉炉衬侵蚀机理及损毁原因,在应用综合炉衬技术基础上,对渣线和出铁口采用改性铝碳化硅砖,能使混铁炉炉衬实现均匀侵蚀,在一定程度上解决了混铁炉长寿问题。

Abstract:Through studying on the corrosion mechanism and wear reason of mixer ling, Structure and performance of flre-resistant material are optimized in the place of slag line and taphole. The results show that the technologies of comprehensive lining can make lining corroded equably and improving the Mixer Lining Service life in a certain extent, using modified Al2O3-SiC bricks.
