构皮滩水电站泄洪消能设计

摘    要:构皮滩水电站坝址河谷狭窄、洪水峰高量大, 枢纽最大泄洪功率为42 000MW, 位居国内外高拱坝工程前列, 泄洪与消能防冲设计是本工程的关键技术问题之一。通过方案比选和水工模型试验研究, 推荐采用坝身孔口泄洪、坝下设置水垫塘消能、岸边设1条泄洪洞、采用预挖冲坑挑流消能的布置方案。

Abstract:The river valley at the dam site of Guopitan Hydropower Station is very narrow.The flow of its food pick is huge,its biggest discharge power is up to 42,000MW,more than ones of most high dams at home and abroad.Therefore,the design of discharge,dissipation and erosion control is one of the key technology problems of the project.Comparing several schemes and researching hydraulic model test,the layout scheme has been recommended that discharge is through orifices on the dam body and a spillway in the bank,cushion dissipater is set out under the dam,pre-excavating impact cavity and bucket dissipation are used.
