| Abstract: | The construction bond system serves as one of the main guarantee mechanisms of Construction market.This article analyzes the agreement implementation of the owner and contractor in the absence and presence of the construction performance bond respectively and the effect of the construction bond amount on the construction implementation.Thus the importance of the construction bond amount is emphasized and the conditions carrying out the construction bond system are detailed. |
