食用大豆磷脂的研制

摘    要:本研究以豆油水化油脚生产的浓缩大豆磷脂为原料,在实验室小试基础上,用丙酮萃取法制取高纯度的粉末大豆磷脂。产品质量达到国外同类产品质量标准和要求,工艺结构紧凑,经济效益和社会效益显著,易于推广。

Abstract:Powdered soybean Lecithin of great purity is extracted by Lecithin solvent from concentrated soybean Lecithin produced from hydrated oil foot on a laboratory scale. The quality of the product has been up to that of the same product made abroad. The process of technology is short and therefore is easy to spread. Economical and social benefits are expected to be notable.
