| 摘 要： | 采用双轨架空环形布置,在双轨中间加装1根非承载轨作为牵引轨,运用三维设计建立系统模型、仿真简化模型,应用变轨技术加快载物车在环道弯曲段通过,应用独立的带式提升机构,适应涂装的特殊工艺要求。

| Abstract: | The conveyor adopts the double track overhead loop arrangement,employs one non-load track in the middle of the two tracks as the traction track,establishes the system model and simulation simplified model with the application of 3D design,applies the rail gauge changing technology to facilitate the passing of the loaded trolley at the bent part on the loop,and uses independent belt lifting mechanism to meet the special processing requirements for painting. |
