W火焰锅炉结渣特性的数值模拟研究

摘    要:W火焰锅炉在我国得到了广泛应用,但是结渣问题严重影响了锅炉的安全经济运行。采用CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics)方法对采用FW(FosterWheeler)技术生产300MW的W火焰锅炉结渣特性进行了数值模拟探讨。结果表明,结渣是W火焰锅炉固有的特性。这主要是由W火焰锅炉炉内空气动力场特性决定的。炉内煤粉主气流在向下运动过程中明显向侧墙偏斜,使得煤粉火焰冲刷侧墙,导致侧墙发生结渣和高温腐蚀。研究结果为改善W火焰锅炉结渣特性提供有利的信息。

Abstract:W-Flame boilers are widely applied in China. The operation performance of security and economy are seriously by slagging. A CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) approach was used to simulate the characteristics of slagging in a 300MW FW W-flame boiler. The results show that it is the inherent characteristics of W-flame boiler, and is mainly determined by the air dynamic field inside the furnace. The pulverized coal and air flow from two arches will deviate to the side wall when running down. This makes flame wash the side walls, and slagging and high temperature erosion will take place. The investigations can offer helpful information for the improvement of slagging characteristics.
