深部巷道支护控制技术研究

摘    要:针对深部巷道围岩的变形破坏特点,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏机理和巷道稳定性特点,提出了巷道围岩的控制技术。利用ANSYS10.0软件对巷道开挖支护前后的围岩应力、位移及塑性区进行了数值模拟分析。模拟结果表明,锚杆锚索联合支护下,x方向两帮围岩应力集中得到有效控制,拉应力消失;y方向拱顶和底板的拉应力也明显减弱,拉裂破坏得到有效控制。锚杆锚索联合支护可有效控制巷道变形,支护效果良好。也为减少深部巷道支护成本、提高深部巷道支护效率提供了参考。

Abstract:This paper, concerning the characteristic of cracking in deep rocks, analysis the cracked mechanism of roadway, get the main roadway character, and provide supporting method of the roadway. The wall rock stress, displacement and plastic zone of rock roadway before and after supporting are studied by using the software of ANSYS10.0. The simulation result shows that combined support by anchor can control the rock stress concentration effectively in the x direction and the tensile stress disappear. In the y direction, tensile stress of vault and floor decreased, drawing breakage has been controlled effectively. Roadway is effectively controlled, and satisfactory support effect is obtained. It also can provide some references for reducing the deep roadway support cost and improving the deep roadway support efficiency.
