| 摘 要： | 工程实践能力是机械类大学生适应机械制造业市场需求的重要标志,创新能力是21世纪人才的核心竞争力。高等学校实践教学在人才培养方面起着重要作用,实践教学是培养学生工程实践和创新能力的重要手段。如何加强教学改革,并积极探索机械类大学生综合素质培养的途径,是机械专业人才培养和适应创新型国家发展的迫切需要,是实现我国由机械制造业大国向机械制造业强国转变的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Engineering practice capability is an important mark for college students of mechanical manufacture to meet the market requirement.And innovation capability is the central competitiveness of 20 century personnel.Practice teaching plays an important role in personnel cultivation of universities and colleges and is a means of developing the college students' engineering quality and innovation capability.Strengthening teaching reformation and actively searching for ways of developing the comprehensive quality of mechanical majors are considered as the urgent need of training mechanical personnel and developing innovative country,and are thought to be inevitable demand for realizing the transform of our country from big nation to powerful nation in mechanical manufacture. |
