| Abstract: | Hydroxyacetontrile is produced by the reaction of CN- and known excessive formaldehyde in the alkaline medium at pH=11.0. Formaldoxime is produced by the reaction of surplus formaldehyde with hydroxyhamine hydro-chlorid at pH = 2.0. The content of formaldehyde is determined by reduction wave of formaldoxime,thus the CN- is indirectly determined. The concentration of formaldehyde ranges from 10~(-4) to 10~(-5)mol/L, and peak current is linear. |
