| Abstract: | Starting with analysis of status and problems of tender offer and bidding in state-owned enterprise,through strengthening management of resources market,we presented that we should build up system of examination and management of bidding evaluation professional personnel,strengthen function and supervision idea of supervision department,strengthen management of tender offer and bidding from root,control corruption from the very origin. |
