培训规范化管理制度体系建设的研究

摘    要:培训规范化管理的根本是制度化。培训制度规范化管理要明确培训制度的内涵、制定原则和方法,在对培训制度建设现状进行系统分析的基础上,梳理培训业务,编制培训制度分类、分层标准,开展培训管理制度体系建设工作。

Abstract:The foundation of training standardized management is systemization.In training standardized management,we should clarify connotation of training system,working out principle and method of training system.On the basis of systematic analysis of status of training system construction,we should card training business,draw up standard of classification and slicing of training system and carry out training management system construction.
