| 摘 要： | 现代企业制度基础框架下,国有企业领导人员作为党的干部队伍的重要组成部分,正确行使自身职权的同时,必须接受党组织、职工群众和社会公众的有效监督。实际工作中,重点在于健全干部监督运行机制、突出重点领域和关键环节、完善运转有序的监督网络、积极发挥舆论监督的作用等几个方面,形成监督合力,提高监督实效。

| Abstract: | Within the basic frame of modern enterprise system,as important part of cadre team of the Party,leaders of state-owned enterprise must accept effective supervision of Party organization,staff and social public at the same tine of exercising their functions and powers.In actual work,we should pay special attention to perfecting operation system of cadre supervision,especially important field and key links,perfecting supervision net and keep it in good operation order,actively play supervision function of public,and to from join forces and improve supervision effect. |
