基于C8051F040的CAN总线数据采集模块设计

摘    要:简单介绍了CAN总线通信网络的优点与构成,并设计了基于C8051F040高速单片机的CAN总线数据采集底层模块,详细阐述了该模块的硬件结构与软件流程,实验表明该模块可以在长时间的工作中保持稳定.考虑到现场环境对模块的工作可能产生较强的干扰,因此对模块进行了全面冗余设计,使系统的运行更加可靠.

Abstract:The strongpoint and structure of the CAN communication network are introduced simply, and a data acquisition module which is based on the high speed chip C8051F040 is designed, then its hardware configuration and software flow are expounded. The result of the test shows that the module can be stable after a long time work. Due to the strong disturbance to the module in the field environment, therefore, using the full redundancy in the module design to make the system more reliable.
