二苯基硅二醇改性涤纶的非等温结晶动力学研究

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热仪,对二苯基硅二醇改性PET的非等温结晶动力学进行了研究,利用Jeziorny动力学模型对结晶过程进行拟合计算。结果表明:改性PET的Avrami指数偏大,其原因是由于二苯基硅二醇的加入,改变了其结晶成核方式;与纯PET相比,半结晶时间增加。用Ziabicki方法处理得出的结晶能力参数Gc值也说明了改性PET的结晶能力比纯PET好。

Abstract:The nonisothermal crystallization of modified PET by diphenylsilanediol was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. Its crystallization behavior was analyzed with a kinetic model. The results showed that the Avrami exponent was larger than neat PET. It is possible that the mechanism of nucleation and on the form of crystal growth had changed for adding the diphenylsilanediol, the half-time of crystallization was increased. The value of kinetic crystallizability Gc from Ziabicki theory was consistent with the preceding results, it concluded that the crystallizability of modified PET was better than neat PET.
