铅在含二乙三胺硫酸溶液中的阳极行为

摘    要:密封铅酸蓄电池由于正极极柱腐蚀导致电地报废是一种常见的现象。作者分析过引起密封铅酸蓄电池正极极柱腐蚀的各种因素。其中之一是密封胶中作固化剂的脂肪胺残余。本文以二乙三胺作脂肪胺的代表,通过测量阳极极化曲线研究铅在含二乙三胺的硫酸溶液中的阳极行为的结果表明,在含0.5mol/l二乙三胶的0.1mol/l硫酸溶液中,铅失去了钝化能力。这就解释了使用脂肪胺作固化剂的密封胶可能会引起正极极柱腐蚀的原因。

Abstract:The corrosion of positive poles in a lead -acid battery will cause the invalidity of the battery. All the factors that might cause the corrosion of positive poles have been discussed in reference[2] by one of the authors. One of the factors is the remaining aliphatic amine used as a curing agent in sealing adhesive. In this paper, anodic behaviors of lead in H2SO4 solution containing an aliphatic amine(HN(C_2H_4NH_2)_2) are studied by measuring anodic polarization curves. It is shown that lead cannot be passivated in 0. 1 mol/l H2SO4 solution comaing 0. 5mol/l HN(C2H4NH2)2This is why the remaining aliphatic amine in sealing adhesive could cause the corrosion of positive poles in a sealed lead -acid battery.
