| 摘 要： | 针对传统天车控制系统的不足,介绍了一种新型控制与保护开关在天车改造中的应用.分析了某主钩控制系统改造前时接触器经常损坏的原因,提出用SDMKl开关取代接触器进行天车控制系统改造.介绍了SDMKl开关在改造中的选择与应用.实际运行结果表明,该开关具有通断能力高、可靠性高及能适应高温环境的优点.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the shortage of conventional overhead travelling crane control system,the application of a novel control and protective switch in innovation for overhead travelling crane was introduced.After the reason that contactor often mangled before certain master hook control system was alternated was analyzed,SDMK1 switch replacing contactor was presented.The selection and application of SDMK1 switch was introduced.The running result shows that this switch has merits of high making/breaking performance,high reliability and meet request of high temperature. |
