| 摘 要： | 讨论了液力变矩器总成环缝精度焊接系统GMAW焊机柔性化控制的几个关键技术问题，利用由数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心的新型CO2气保护焊接电源的柔性化控制技术，有效实现了同步引孤、焊接过程分段时变参数以及焊缝搭接这几项技术要素，保证了液力变矩器焊后同轴度和内部间隙量精度。

| Abstract: | This paper studies several key technical points of GMAW welding flexible accommodation for torque converter's closed round bead with torches.A new kind of CO2 shielded welding machine which adopted DSP as the controlling core is used in this precision welding system.Synchronization arc-strike,different parameters according to different bead region and accurate welding line juncture are realized by its flexible controlling method,which can highly guarantee manufacture quality of torque converter. |
