摆动燃烧器调节汽温的探讨

摘    要:通过对外高桥发电厂300 MW 机组控制循环锅炉进行的摆动燃烧器调节一、二次蒸汽温度的试验研究,论述了摆动燃烧器与汽温的动态特性、调温幅度之间的关系及负荷的适应性。提出目前摆动燃烧器存在的一些问题,建议合理使用喷水减温与摆动燃烧器相结合的运行方式来提高机组的经济性

Abstract:Through the test on temperature control of superheated and reheated steam of 300 MW CE control eirculated boiler in Waigaoqiao Power Plant by means tilting burner, the relationship between the latter and the dynamic performance and controlling range of steam temperature is described. The problems existed in tilting burner are presented and a boiler operation mode of utilizing both attemperated water and tilting burner is recommended.
