基于Ansoft Maxwell仿真的电磁阀关闭过程动态特性研究

摘    要:利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell的参数化计算功能,对不同工作气隙、不同驱动电压条件下的模型进行计算,得到关闭过程的各种动态特性曲线.通过关闭过程的电流变化曲线判断出电磁阀完全关闭所需时间,并且进行相应的实验测试,对数值仿真的计算结果进行验证,为类似产品的设计提供参考.

Abstract:This paper introduces that by utilizing Ansoft Maxwell what with parameterization functionality to collect the various dynamic characteristic performance curves which were applied in switchable voltage and different main air-gap during calculating solenoid valve model.From the current variation curves to verify the needed time of driving off the solenoid valve,in correspondingly to carry out correlated experiment to validate the test data's authenticity and reliability what was derived from the simulation,it provides reference for similar products design.
