The Research and Practice of the Robot Innovative Team Building Based on Students Research and Entrepreneurship Action Plan

In the paper,it describes the Beijing students research and Entrepreneurship Action Plan and the research and practice of the robot Innovative Team Building.The results show that the transformation of ＇individual participation ＇ to ＇team＇ is the inevitable choice of innovative teaching organization,methods and vectors.Practice shows that the structures based on distribution-equal-style management team of teachers,setting up students echelon based on project management,the contractor colonel-level competition,to establish different levels of training projects,international exchanges and cooperation and build trust,form a team mental models,and promote knowledge sharing with the establishment of long-term incentives is extremely important and helpful to improve the students ability of innovation and to carry out innovative team-building.
