| 摘 要： | 随着对设备性能和产品质量要求的不断提高,GDX2包装机在使用过程中不断进行技术改造,而这些改造的电气控制系统全是独立的PLC,且与主PLC不兼容,出现故障无法在OPC上显示,电气角度不能在OPC上设定.本文把外置独立的PLC程序读出,根据设备实际状况,重新编写程序,统一整合到主PLC,由主PLC统一管理,在保持外加设备...

| Abstract: | Along with the improving requirements of equipment performance and product quality,GDX2 packaging machines improve continuously in using process.Electric control systems are all independent PLC,incompatibility with main PLC.Fault can not display on the OPC,Electrical Angle can not set in the OPC.This paper read external independent PLC program out,according to actual condition,rewritten equipment program.Unification to the main PLC,and managed by main PLC.In keeping with equipment modification on the basis of the original function,achieve angle in the OPC,and display fault on the OPC.Improve equipment effective rate. |
