基于PLC和MCGS电镀生产线的设计

摘    要:电镀生产线的核心控制采用S7-200PLC,辅以I/O设备组成的检测系统,加上MCGS实时检测画面.解决了传统的电镀生产线效率低,自动化程度低,操作者劳动强度大,不便于维修的问题.本文详细的介绍了系统原理和软、硬件设计以及MCGS实时监测原理.

Abstract:Electroplating production line of this article is the core of the control of Siemens S7-200PLC as the core,supplemented by I/Odevices composed of the detection system,coupled with real-time detection MCGS screen.Solve the traditional low efficiency of plating production line,the low degree of automation,the operator labor-intensive and not easy to maintenance.This article describes in detail the principle and the system software and hardware design,and real-time monitoring MCGS.
